Combine their signature, passion-filled country rock sound with an energy that burns brighter and hotter than the “The Star of the North” and the result is a Maiden Dixie show. Just ask any of their fans at any concert venue on their 2014 tour schedule.

Jake Ilika & Friends

Bobby Briggs

Bell's Angels

Downtown at Levee Park  ... Winona, MN

Former Winona resident and musician Jake Ilika has established himself in the Minnesota music scene over the last few years, performing regularly across the state and upper midwest.  His style of folk, blues and americana blends well with a roots rock edge and country overtone.  Joining him will be local musicians from The Old Fashioneds Zac Barbieur (drums) and Dave Casey(bass), Joel Ward (Ilika Ward Duo), and more special guests throughout the night.

Robert "Bobby" Briggs is a Junior studying Elementary Education at Winona State and has been singing and playing guitar for 10 years.  His inspirations are artists like Ed Sheeran, Mumford and Sons, and Jason Mraz.  His album "Good Boy" can be found on facebook, iTunes, spotify, and soundcloud.

Karl has owned six concertinas since he first started playing.  The concertina he currently uses is a Hengel that he has had for approximately 18 years. Karl has played in at least 30 states, the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, and in 1998 the band was chosen to represent the State of Wisconsin at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival in Washington D.C.  Karl and his band were also filmed for two television specials (River of Song and Wisconsin Folks) in 1997 and 1998.  Karl has also played for Garrison Keillor.

The Bell’s Angels are the hand bell choir at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart Church in Winona.  The group that will be performing at the levee consists of 6 members, Jodi Brom, Erik Brom, Grace Marter, John Marter, Nancy Goltz, and Dan Goltz.
